31. Powers of arrest
Feedback & supportA protector may, during or after any inquiry referred to in section 6, 19, 27 or 30, arrest or cause to be arrested any person reasonably believed to have committed any offence under section 4, 5, 25 or 26, and may seize and detain any articles or documents which he may have reason to believe relate to the offence.
