Section 61
Any child or young person, or his parent or guardian dissatisfied with any judgment, sentence or order of a Juvenile Court, may prefer an appeal to the High Court against the judgment, sentence or order in accordance with the provisions of any law in force for the time being regulating appeals to that Court from a Magistrate’s Court or a District Court.
