70. Expenses of maintenance of child or young person
Feedback & supportThe expenses incurred by the Government in respect of any place of detention or remand home, including the expenses of the maintenance of any child or young person detained therein, whether detained on arrest or committed to custody on remand or commitment for trial or in lieu of imprisonment or in default of payment of a fine, damages or costs, shall be defrayed out of the Consolidated Fund.
