Section 21
To avoid doubt, this Act does not affect any of the following matters:
(a)
the enforcement, under any other written law or rule of law, of a choice of court agreement to which this Act does not apply;
(b)
the recognition and enforcement, under any other written law or rule of law, of a judgment to which this Act does not apply; (c)the enforcement, under any other written law or rule of law, of a judicial settlement to which this Act does not apply.
