Regulation 11
Withdrawal of appeal
Subregulation 1
The appellant may, with the permission of the Minister, withdraw his appeal.
Subregulation 2
Where the Minister grants permission under paragraph (1), he may require the Appeals Secretary to publish a notice of the withdrawal of the appeal on the Authority’s website or in such other manner as the Minister may direct.
