Regulation 12
The chief executive officer may, where a junior officer is acquitted of a criminal charge, consider the record of the proceedings of the court and may, if he is of the opinion that the junior officer should be dismissed or otherwise punished, cause appropriate proceedings to be instituted under these Regulations.
