Regulation 13
Forfeiture of allowance, etc.
Subregulation 1
A junior officer who is dismissed forfeits all claims to any allowance or other benefit which he would have enjoyed, but for his dismissal.
Subregulation 2
A junior officer whose increment is withheld pending disciplinary action may forfeit the withheld increment at the discretion of the chief executive officer.
