Regulation 5
Fees
Where any fee which has been imposed under the former Regulations remains unpaid on 1st July 2009, such fee shall remain payable as if —
(a)
it had been imposed by the airport licensee under the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Changi Airport) By-laws 2009 or the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) By-laws 2009, as the case may be; and
(b)
the former Regulations did not cease to be in force.
