Duty Apron Controller and Duty Tower Controller
Any person who, immediately before 1st July 2009, is either a Duty Apron Controller or a Duty Tower Controller appointed under the former Regulations shall continue to hold such office as if he were appointed to such office under the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Changi Airport) By-laws 2009 or the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Seletar Airport) By-laws 2009, as the case may be, and his appointment shall expire on the date it would have expired if those By-laws are not enacted.
