Validity of earthworks permit

Regulation 57D

An earthworks permit ceases to be valid when —
(a)
the validity duration for the earthworks permit determined by the airport licensee under by-law 59(2) expires; or
(b)
the earthworks permit is cancelled under by-law 57E,whichever occurs first.
