Regulation 59
Subregulation 1
Every application for the issue or renewal of a permit under this Part shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees specified in the First Schedule.
Subregulation 2
All permits issued under this Part shall be in such form, with or without conditions attached and for such duration, as the airport licensee may determine.
