34. Existing contracts
Feedback & supportAll deeds, contracts, schemes, bonds, agreements, instruments and arrangements, subsisting immediately before 1 October 2001 to which the Government is a party and relating to any of the incorporated departments or to any person transferred to the service of the College under section 31 continue in force on and after that date and are enforceable by or against the College as if the College had been named therein or had been a party thereto instead of the Government.

“incorporated departments” means the departments of the Prime Minister’s Office formerly known as the Civil Service College and the Personnel Guidance Unit;
