12. Provisions of Part to apply to other premises as the Minister may direct
Feedback & supportThe Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, direct that the provisions of this Part shall also apply to any class or description of premises as may be specified in the order, and the provisions of any regulations made under section 25 shall apply to the premises as they apply to industrial or trade premises.
