Penalty

(1)

Any person who —

(a)

fails to comply with any provisions of this Act; or

(b)

fails to comply with any condition subject to which any permission is granted by the Director,shall be guilty of an offence.

(2)

Any person guilty of an offence under this Act shall where no other penalty is expressly provided be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 and in the case of a continuing offence to a fine not exceeding $500 for every day during which the offence continues after conviction.
