97B. Amendment of Schedule

(1)
The Minister may at any time, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such saving, transitional, incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
