In the Significant Infrastructure Government Loan Act 2021, in section 2, in the definition of “nationally significant infrastructure”, in paragraph (b), replace sub‑paragraph (iv) (including the Example) with —“(iv)coastal management (within the meaning given by section 2 of the Public Utilities Act 2001);”.
