18. Bank accounts

The Corporation may open at any bank or banks approved by the Minister or at any branch or agency of those banks such accounts as it considers necessary or desirable for the exercise of its functions and powers.

“Corporation” means the Commercial and Industrial Security Corporation established under this Act;

Every account under this section shall be operated upon by cheque signed by such person as may from time to time be authorised in that behalf by the Corporation.
