8. Officers and employees

Defined · s 2
“Corporation” means the Commercial and Industrial Security Corporation established under this Act;
(a)
appoint such officers and employees as it considers necessary for the purposes of carrying out its functions; and
(b)
determine, with the approval of the Minister, terms and conditions of employment and scales of salaries for those officers and employees.
