Regulation 8

Where the Registrar is of the view that the parties to an action in respect of a tort under section 4 of the Act are unable to resolve their dispute in the action without a trial, the Registrar is to —
(a)
fix the case for hearing before a tribunal; and
(b)
give notice in the relevant Form of the time and place of the hearing to the claimant and the respondent.
