Section 235

Where an inspector thinks it necessary for the purposes of the investigation of the affairs of a company to investigate the affairs of a corporation which is or has at any relevant time been a corporation deemed to be related by virtue of section 6 to the company, the inspector may, with the consent in writing of the Minister, investigate the affairs of that corporation.
