Section 386AA — Companies Act 1967

(1)

This Part applies to —

(a)

all companies other than a company that is set out in the Fourteenth Schedule; and

(b)

all foreign companies registered under Division 2 of Part 11 other than a foreign company that is set out in the Fifteenth Schedule.

The obligation to comply with this Part extends to all natural persons, whether resident in Singapore or not and whether citizens of Singapore or not, and to all entities, whether formed, constituted or carrying on business in Singapore or not.
