Any party aggrieved by an act or a decision of the Registrar under this Act may, within 28 days after the date of the act or decision, appeal to the Court against the act or decision.
The Court may confirm the act or decision or give such directions in the matter as seem proper or otherwise determine the matter.
This section does not apply to any act or decision of the Registrar —
Registrar
“Registrar” means the Registrar of Companies appointed under this Act and includes any Deputy or Assistant Registrar of Companies;
in respect of which any provision in the nature of an appeal or a review is expressly provided in this Act; or
which is declared by this Act to be conclusive or final or is embodied in any document declared by this Act to be conclusive evidence of any act, matter or thing.
