Clause 17

Section 133 of the Companies Act is amended by deleting the words “instrument by which the charge was created or is evidenced or a copy thereof accompanied by an affidavit containing such particulars as are prescribed, and where a copy is lodged also verifying it as a true copy thereof” in the sixteenth to the twentieth lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “verifying affidavit”.
