Clause 18

by deleting the word “company” in the 2nd line of subsection (1) and substituting the words “person or class of persons”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the conditions specified in the notification shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.”.
