Clause 25

Section 263 of the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph (d), the following paragraph:“(da)in a case where a winding up order is made under section 254(1)(m) on the ground that the company is being used for purposes against national security or interest, the Official Receiver shall be the liquidator of the company;”.
