in item 1, in the second column, replace paragraphs (a) and (b) with — “Application for reservation of proposed name of a company or foreign company under section 27(10) or 378(11) of the Act”;

in item 15, in the first column, replace “Request for forms filed with Registrar” with “Request for supply of copies of documents, etc.”;

in item 15, in the second column, replace paragraphs (a) and (b) with — “(a)For supplying under section 12(2)(b) of the Act, or section 254(2A) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, a copy of any document that has no attachment and is filed or lodged with the Registrar (b)For supplying under section 12(2)(b) of the Act, or section 254(2A) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018, a copy of any document that has attachments and is filed or lodged with the Registrar (including its attachments)”; and
