Regulation 20

For the purposes of section 61(3) of the Act, the Registrar shall issue a notice of commencement of business via electronic mail, as set out in Part II of the Schedule, to the applicant upon lodgment of the declaration under section 61(1)(b)(iii) or (2)(c) of the Act with the Registrar.
