Regulation 38

A foreign company mentioned in any of the sub‑paragraphs of paragraph 1 of the Fifteenth Schedule to the Act must submit to the Registrar a statement specifying which of those sub‑paragraphs is or are applicable to the foreign company, at the same time that the foreign company lodges a return mentioned in section 374 of the Act.
