Prescribed information under section 12(2AC) of Act

For the purposes of section 12(2AC)(c) of the Act, the reference to a document in section 12(2)(b) of the Act excludes the following entries in a form submitted on the electronic transaction system:
(a)
a person’s email address;
(b)
an individual’s residential address;
(c)
an individual’s mobile telephone number.
