Regulation 6A
Appealable decisions under section 71 of Act
The following decisions are decisions prescribed for the purpose of the definition of “decision” in section 71(3) of the Act:
(a)
a decision for or in relation to the cancellation of a block exemption in respect of an agreement; and
(b)
a decision for or in relation to a refusal to vary, substitute or release a commitment accepted under section 60A of the Act.
