Amendment of Ninth Schedule
In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2025 (G.N. No. S 415/2025), in the Ninth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 4, replace paragraph (25) with —“(25) Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993”.
