Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 April 2026.

Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation S137 2026, currently marked in force and first recorded in 2026.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 April 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) Regulations (Rg 3), in the Schedule —
in Part I, in item (1), in the second column, replace “$16.50” with “$19”;
in Part I, in item (2), in the second column, replace “$13” with “$15”;
in Part II, in item (1), in the second column, replace “$90” with “$99”;
in Part II, in item (2), in the second column, replace “$28” with “$31”; and
in Part II, in item (3), in the second column, replace “$22” with “$25”.
Saving provision
Despite regulation 2, the Schedule to the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) Regulations as in force immediately before 1 April 2026 continues to apply in relation to —
any grant or renewal of a provisional vector control technician’s licence;
any grant or renewal of a provisional vector control worker’s certificate;
any registration or renewal of registration of a vector control operator;
any grant or renewal of a vector control technician’s licence; and
any grant or renewal of a vector control worker’s certificate,where the application for the purposes of the grant, registration or renewal (as the case may be) is made before 1 April 2026.
