Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration of Pesticides and Vector Repellents) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 April 2026.
Amendment of regulation 3
In the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration of Pesticides and Vector Repellents) Regulations 2023 (G.N. No. S 594/2023), in regulation 3(1)(a) and (b), replace “$160” with “$320”.
