Section 21

The Board shall cause to be kept a register called the “Compensation Awards Register” and shall record in that register details of every award of compensation made under this Act including such details as the names of the landlord, tenant, sub-tenant and occupier, the address of the controlled premises, the amount of compensation awarded to the tenant, sub-tenant and occupier and the date of the award.

The Compensation Awards Register shall be available for inspection by the public without payment of fee at the office of the Chairman.

Any member of the public may apply to the Board for a copy of any award of compensation registered under this section and the Board shall furnish a copy of the award upon payment of such fee as may be prescribed.
