182. Cost of proceedings

The Tribunal may order that the costs of any proceedings before it incurred by any party, or a part of those costs, shall be paid by any other party and may tax or settle the amount of the costs to be so paid, or specify the manner in which they are to be taxed.

“Copyright Tribunal” or “Tribunal” means the Copyright Tribunal established under Part VII;

Costs directed by the Tribunal to be paid to a party may be recovered by that party in any court of competent jurisdiction.

This section shall apply in relation to an inquiry by the Tribunal under section 157.[Aust. 1968, s. 174]
