222. Television broadcasts and sound broadcasts

(a)
a television broadcast or a sound broadcast made before 10th April 1987; or
television broadcast

“television broadcast” means visual images broadcast by way of television, together with any sounds broadcast for reception along with those images;
(b)
a television broadcast or a sound broadcast made after that date that is a repetition of a television broadcast or a sound broadcast made before that date.

“sound broadcast” means sounds broadcast otherwise than as part of a television broadcast;
