96. Duration of copyright in published editions of works
Feedback & supportCopyright subsisting in a published edition of a work or works by virtue of this Part shall continue to subsist until the expiration of 25 years after the expiration of the calendar year in which the edition was first published.[Aust. 1968, s. 96]
