Section 99

Ownership of copyright in television broadcasts and sound broadcasts

Subject to Part X, a person who is or has been a holder of a broadcasting licence is the owner of any copyright subsisting in a television broadcast or sound broadcast, as the case may be, made by that person. [Aust. 1968, s. 99]
