Section 216

Rights owner’s right to license or authorise not affected

This Division does not affect a rights owner’s right to grant a licence to or authorise (as the case may be) the body administering an institution aiding persons with print disabilities or an educational institution —

(a)

to make or cause to be made;

(b)

to make available or cause to be made available; or

(c)

to distribute or cause to be distributed,accessible format copies of any relevant material.
