296. Religious performances of literary, dramatic or musical works

If the conditions in subsection (2) are met, it is a permitted use to perform a literary, dramatic or musical work.

“perform” and “performance”, in relation to an authorial work, have the meanings given by section 67;
(2)
The conditions are —
(a)
the work is of a religious nature; and
(b)
the performance is in the course of services at a place of worship or other religious assembly.
