Regulation 10
CMO must establish membership policy
Subregulation 1
A CMO must establish a membership policy in accordance with this Division.
Subregulation 2
A CMO must comply with its membership policy so far as the policy gives effect to this Division.
Subregulation 3
To avoid doubt, paragraph (2) does not affect any remedy that a person may have against the CMO if the CMO does not comply with its membership policy.
