Regulation 15
Members to be informed
Subregulation 1
The membership policy must provide for how the CMO deals with a request by a member for information.
Subregulation 2
The membership policy must require the CMO to inform each member about the following matters:
an amendment to the membership policy;
an amendment to the distribution policy;
an amendment to the dispute resolution policy;
changes to key officers of the CMO;
changes to the constitutional documents of the CMO;
a financial penalty imposed on the CMO or any of its officers;
a regulatory direction made against the CMO or any of its officers;
a cessation order made against the CMO;
the outcome of any reconsideration application or appeal relating to a financial penalty, regulatory direction or cessation order made against the CMO or any of its officers.
