Other matters

The dispute resolution policy may —

(a)

provide for any other matter not inconsistent with this Part; and

(b)

provide that a membership agreement may derogate from the dispute resolution policy in respect of any matter —

(i)

for which provision is not required by this Division; and

(ii)

that the dispute resolution policy expressly specifies is subject to derogation.
