Regulation 53
Time for making reconsideration application
Subregulation 1
The affected person may apply to IPOS for the reconsideration of a decision within the time specified in the written notice.
Subregulation 2
IPOS may, on its own initiative or on a written application by the affected person, extend the time within which a reconsideration application may be made.
Subregulation 3
IPOS may extend time even if the time specified in the written notice has lapsed.
