Regulation 56
Subregulation 1
An applicant for reconsideration may, by writing to IPOS, withdraw the application at any time before being informed of IPOS’s decision on the application.
Subregulation 2
The reconsideration application is treated as withdrawn at the time the written withdrawal is submitted to IPOS.
