How to make reconsideration application
Subregulation 1
A reconsideration application must be submitted to IPOS.
Subregulation 2
A reconsideration application must be made in the form prescribed on IPOS’s website.
Subregulation 3
A reconsideration application may be accompanied by supporting documents.
Subregulation 4
A reconsideration application must be accompanied by a fee of $500.
