Regulation 59
Notice of reconsidered decision
Subregulation 1
Subject to regulation 58, IPOS must consider a reconsideration application and give written notice to the applicant of IPOS’s reconsidered decision.
Subregulation 2
If the reconsidered decision may be appealed to the Minister under section 467, IPOS must also inform the applicant that an appeal may be made within 21 days after the date of the reconsidered decision.
