Regulation 62
Subregulation 1
An appeal must be submitted to the Minister.
Subregulation 2
An appeal must be made in the form prescribed on IPOS’s website.
Subregulation 3
An appeal may be accompanied by supporting documents.
Subregulation 4
An appeal must be accompanied by a fee of $800.
