Regulation 63
Fact finding, etc.
The Minister may, by written notice, direct an appellant to do all or any of the following within a specified period (which may be extended by the Minister):
(a)
make a statutory declaration in support of the appeal;
(b)
give the Minister any information or document related to the decision under appeal (but not any information or document that is subject to legal privilege);
(c)
explain any matter relating to the regulatory action.
