Regulation 64
Subregulation 1
An appellant may, by writing to the Minister, withdraw the appeal at any time before being informed of the Minister’s decision on the appeal.
Subregulation 2
The appeal is treated as withdrawn at the time the written withdrawal is submitted to the Minister.
